When faced with selling our Father-in-laws home we really didn't know where to turn. The local banks estate manager recommended Jessica at Annex. He works with a number of professionals to make the selling process easy and efficient. His photographer put together a fabulous marketing video, the home stager gave us some great ideas for downsizing and setting the house for showings and contacted us with 10 minutes of any call we made to him with questions.
